Good to know
- Ontario: use LTB form N11. A tenant cannot be made to sign one as a condition of getting the lease. Sign it only when you really agree to move.
- BC: use RTB form RTB-8. In other provinces this signed agreement is enough.
- Pay any cash for keys when the keys are returned and the unit is empty, not before.
