What you will fill in
- Landlord's full legal name
- Landlord's address for service and phone
- Tenant's full name (all tenants on the lease)
- Address of the rental unit
- Tenancy start date
- Length of tenancy
- Fixed term end date
- Reason for the vacate clause
- Monthly rent ($)

Good to know
- The landlord must give the tenant a copy of the signed agreement within 21 days of signing.
- Do the move-in condition inspection together on form RTB-27 before the tenant moves in. Without it, the landlord can lose the right to claim against the deposit for damage.
- Standard terms of the Act apply even if you change the form, so any extra term that goes against them is void.
