Good to know
- Don't ban staff from talking about pay or working conditions. Ontario's Employment Standards Act protects employees who share their pay, and labour laws protect group discussion of working conditions.
- Apply the policy the same way to everyone, and train staff when they start.
- Harassment online between coworkers is still workplace harassment under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
