Good to know
- OBCA s. 141 requires the register to show each holder's name and latest address, the number and class of shares, and the date and details of every issue and transfer.
- Update it the same day you issue or transfer shares.
- Shareholders and creditors have a right to look at the register (OBCA s. 145), so keep it accurate.
