Good to know
- Tell customers clearly that the subscription renews automatically and how to cancel. Ontario's Consumer Protection Act has extra rules if you sell to consumers, not just businesses.
- Customers own their data. Promise an export when the subscription ends: it is a top question from buyers.
- If you host personal information, you also need a Data Processing Agreement and a privacy policy.
